I have degrees in Psychology and Sociology (BA and MA, completed everything but dissertation in Sociology from UNC Chapel Hill). I worked for a non-profit research organization in both business development and health services research for ten years. I am currently deepening my meditation and yoga practice through attending workshops and immersions in Anusara Yoga, founded by John Friend. Anusara Yoga is committed to a heart-centered, non-dual yoga practice. My goal is to become a counselor with HRM central to my practice.
