Rita Weinberger is a massage therapist licensed by the state of Ohio. She has over thirteen years experience and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Rita is also a Reiki practitioner and further enhances her work through Cranio-sacral therapy. Rita has also been trained in Toltec wisdom/philosophy.

In 2003, Rita further expanded her holistic training to include Heart Rhythm Meditation (HRM) by studying with its founders Susanna and Puran Bair. Rita's experience with HRM has had a profound effect on the whole of her life. She continues growing her Heart Rhythm Meditation work, bringing it to the Cleveland area in 2006. Currently she is forming new classes to teach this positive approach to living.

Rita's nontraditional and more formal education combine to produce her core beliefs. These include a conviction that we are all individual energy systems of body, mind and spirit guided by the Heart. It is this fundamental belief that is included in her teaching, bodywork practice and life.
